This Package is designed for those who need help with the planning process from beginning to end. Budget planning, event/ theme design, and wedding venue and vendor contact are all included in this package. As your wedding approaches, we reconfirm your arrangements and go over your vendor contracts to make sure you receive the services you need. At the rehearsal, wedding and reception, we ensure your instructions are followed and carefully oversee the details. Site set up and tear down of decorations are included if needed.

Price: $1500

Wedding Day Coordination

This package is designed for those who have planned their entire wedding, but would like someone else to execute the plans as the big day approaches. This is to ensure that you, your wedding party and family can relax and enjoy the day. The coordinator gets involved six weeks before the wedding to tie up any loose ends. We reconfirm with all your vendors, follow your timeline, and carefully oversee the details at the rehearsal, wedding and reception.

Price: $500

One-Time or Occasional Consulting/Coordinating

This is for those who need a coordinator for any specific task such as: budget planning, wedding vendor contact, coordinate for the ceremony only, site set up and tear down of decorations or any other task you need help with.

Price: $40 per Hour
